Natural settling & appearance

Because this is a fresh natural gel without artificial thickeners or stabilisers, the gel can settle during chilling and transit and a small amount of visible headspace may develop at the top of the jar. This is normal for a natural gel and does not by itself mean the product is faulty. If your jar arrives leaking, damaged, unsealed or appears unusually underfilled, please contact us before use.

Flavour profile

Key lime and Medjool date are blended for a gentle citrus-sweet finish rather than a heavily flavoured or highly sweetened taste.

How to use

Add 1–2 tablespoons to smoothies, juices, breakfast bowls, sauces or drinks. Stir or blend well.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Use within the shelf-life guidance shown on the product label. Do not consume if the seal is broken, the smell changes, or the product appears spoiled.
